1. What is C.K. Enterprises Inc?

- Family owned and operated since 1985, CK Enterprises Inc. has strived to provide the highest quality vehicles at competitive prices while maintaining a personal level of service that is rare in the industry. We are a California licensed dealer with the knowledge and experience necessary to support you before, during, and after your vehicle purchase. Our core business is dealing with high end luxury and sports cars (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus, Acura, Porsche, Infiniti, etc.) Within this market, we specialize in limited production models, such as the BMW M series and Mercedes-Benz AMG vehicles. We are happy to assist you in purchasing any other highline vehicle and we often have inventory that is outside of these makes. Our operation is a wholesale warehouse dealership with low overhead costs and no commissioned sales people. This in turn, means lower prices for you, often lower than private party sales and most of our cars are even sold below Wholesale Kelley Blue Book prices. Our inventory is constantly changing, so check back often for new additions.

2. Do you take trade-ins?

- Yes, we take trade-ins of almost any make, model, and year passenger vehicles and trucks. 3. Do you offer financing?

- Yes, we have a network of financial institutions that understand that our customers have varying credit needs and we will try our best to get an approval for you in the shortest time possible. Terms can be as long as 96 months on approved credit and we always try to get the best rates possible for each and every customer. We also understand that in today's auto market, consumers have many options to finance their vehicle, including: home equity lines/loans, traditional dealer financing, credit unions, banks, and online lenders. We recommend that prospective purchasers research all of their options in order to secure the best terms and rates and try to secure a pre-approved loan in order to increase their purchasing power.

4. What kind of warranty do your cars come with?

- Many of our cars are still covered under their respective manufacturers warranties. Please consult the manufacturer for details as to warranty coverage, service location, etc. For the ones which are not, we offer the option to purchase extended warranties through third party warranty companies with different levels of coverage to suit your personal needs.

5. Where do you get your cars from?

- Most of our cars are purchased directly from factory authorized sources across the nation. Our experienced buyers scour the country in search of the best vehicles for the best prices possible. We buy from Mercedes Benz Financial, BMW Financial, American Honda Financial, Lexus Financial, Bank One, Bank of America, and Chase Automotive Finance, just to name a few. More often than not, our cars are one owner lease returns. We also have many other sources, including trade-ins, company cars, repossessions, and our expansive dealer network. 6. Do you offer transportation assistance?

- We can help arrange shipping in either open or enclosed carriers anywhere in the World. Rates range anywhere from $150 to $1500 within the United States depending on distance and type of transport (enclosed/open). You can obtain quotes for your location at: www.dasautoshippers.com For Import/Export, we have experience shipping via container out of the Port of Oakland and are located just minutes from the port. We are located within 15 minutes of Oakland International Airport and can help arrange transportation from the airport. We are also located just 5 blocks from the Downtown Oakland/19th Street BART station (local subway system) and can offer transportation from there as well.

7. What about pre-purchase inspections?

- We ask that you bring the car to a qualified, ASE certified technician in our area. For your protection, factory authorized service centers and mechanics that specialize in the make that you are purchasing are usually the best place to get accurate and unbiased inspections performed. You are also welcome to arrange an inspection at our facility with your own mechanic. We don't deal with salvaged titles, lemon-law vehicles, flood vehicles, or other branded titles unless otherwise stated.
